A certificate on the back with the title, year and my signature, plus a biometric signature: my fingerprint pressed in paint and initialed.

My 7-year-old signs off on every painting with a doodle of his own. Hidden on the back, one of a kind, just like the front.
I'm Malik Saleti, and I paint as SUBVERT. I came up painting on the street. Walls, alleys, anything that would hold paint.
That turned into murals: bigger walls, bigger colors, more people stopping to look. The fat lines and loud color never left.
These days most pieces start with my son. He names a character, I paint it for him, and it ends up covered in crowns, money and drips. It's for fun, and it shows.
